How to Make Exercise Fun Again... it Won't Work if You Don't Enjoy it! 

The first thing that an over-weight person should do is check with their doctor to determine the best weight loss program for their situation.    To lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed:   

what to eat 
how to eat 
behavior  
activity level

Here are fast tips that can change an over-weight persons life:

First:   Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists of mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements.   Begin with a plan that can easily be implemented into your lifestyle.   It's best to incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, or dancing.

Second:   Set realistic approaches.   The ability to focus and have a proper mindset (I CAN do this) enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds.   With discipline and the proper mindset, a person is less likely to be discouraged and lose focus.

Third:   Listen as the body speaks.  Each and every person's body metabolism reacts differently to the various weight loss programs and plans that are available today.  Try substituting one program for another to compensate your body's reaction. Exercise programs must be suitable to your individual body, as some people are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that you can do, then walk, for this is proven to be an excellent form of exercise.    Muscles burn more calories than fats so it's best to put on a little muscle, which in turn will help you to look good as well!

Fourth:   Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster.   Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body's insulin level.   This in turn makes the body more energized and ready to tell it when to stop burning fats or start storing.

Fifth:   Keep away from fried foods, especially deep-fried, as this contains tons of fat.  Whenever possible, opt for grilled!  It's much healthier, with less fat and fewer calories.   

Sixth:  Take lots of fluid.   Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed.   It sounds so simple, but if you keep a bottle of water with you or at your desk at work, you will get in the habit of drinking it.  With water, it's all about the habit.  Many of us are addicted to soda (regular and diet), coffee and juice, and therefore we have not yet acquired the desire or habit of drinking water every day.  Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to rapid weight loss success.   Light dieting, working out, and the right amount of supplementation, applied in a regular way everyday, will result in faster weight loss, as opposed to taking massive action only to be followed by a return to your old habits.
